Enzo Maresca has confirmed that Tosin Adarabioyo and Wesley Fofana are both available for Friday with West Ham, but Romeo Lavia and Benoit Badiashile remain offside.
The blues go to the London Stadium on Friday evening for a fierce related London Derby against the Hammers, where Maresca confirms the latest team news when he speaks with the collected media in Cobham.
A number of questions were asked to the head coach, including the last one on the Team News team, where Maresca confirmed the availability of a number of his players.
“Tosin is available for tomorrow,” said the Italian at his press conference before the competition.
'I am a bit surprised, because last week, when he was not available, the day before it was everywhere [in the media] that he was not available! Now I don't know why you don't know it is available! But yes, it is available. '
'Romeo is still out and does not play in this game. That is the same for Benoit, he is also out. Like I said, Wes is back and will be part of the team. '
Maresca also confirmed that Nicolas Jackson is available after his suspension against Crystal Palace on the opening day, but that the striker is not part of the team for Friday's game. Christopher Nunku not either.
In the meantime, Aaron Anselmino is another player who could leave before the end of the transfer window, whereby Maresca confirms that the defender may have been set for a loan movement.
“With Aaron he trains with us, trains very hard and is a fantastic boy,” Maresca added.
'He is really a good player, but he has to play games and he is another who waits for a solution [to go out on loan]. '
