Jake Paul now seems to be on a different boxer than the one who seemed to have been set up as his next opponent.
Fans were not happy to hear that Paul had become the leader who met Anthony Joshua in the return of the heavyweight star to the ring.
Although the fight still had a number of major obstacles to erase before they became official, it seemed that this process came after a few meetings that took place.
Suddenly 'The Problem Child' has taken a drastically different route to take one of the biggest names of the sport.
An initially deleted post stated that Paul will be confronted against Gervonta Davis next time before more information was reported about this matchup.

Reports claim that Jake Paul's fight with Anthony Joshua fell apart due to 'network problems'
Shortly after the removed post from Netflix Turkiye who showed a poster for Jake Paul opposite Gervonta Davis later this year, reports quickly followed this.
Mike Coppinger and the Ring Magazine reported that all the information that some fans caught in the post is true.
Sources confirmed to Coppinger that Paul will compete against 'Tank' in an exhibition match on 15 November in the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
The competition, which will be streamed live on Netflix, naturally came as a big surprise, especially given the opponent with which 'The Problem Child' was recently linked.
It goes without saying that Paul and his team of conversations are going with the former two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua to the current WBA light weight holder is a huge pivot point.
In his first report on the fight, Coppinger noted that talking for a fight between Paul and Joshua fell through because of network issues.
It is not clear what these problems were and on which side they came, although this information can be released in the near future.

The originally planned opponent of Gervonta Davis responds to Jake Paul Reports
In his last outing, Gervonta Davis remained unbeaten via a very controversial result.
'Tank' retained his WBA light weight title after fighting a draw with Lamont Roach Jr., with a rematch between those who would take place in August until several factors were postponing this.
It is therefore not surprising that if Davis is confronted against Jake Paul in an exhibition match, Roach Jr. will be frustrated about the way this has all taken place.
He posted a short and simple response to the report that break through X.
At the moment it is still to look at what the official rules for the exhibition fight will be, without official confirmation from the hunters or promoters.
