Jake Paul is reportedly set to return to the boxing ring to take on Gervonta Davis in an exhibition fight.
Last Wednesday the news that Jake Paul will return to the boxing ring broke to take on Gervonta Davis in an exhibition fight in November.
Paul's last outing came against Julio Cesar Chavez JR in June when he largely dominated the former Mexican champion on his way to a unanimous decision.
After the event, Paul made it clear that he wanted to fight former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, and so far the conversations seemed to go in the right direction so far.

Ryan Garcia Slams Potential Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis Fight
Although the things seemed to be in the right direction for that bizarre fight, rumors started to come up this Wednesday that Paul 'Tank' Davis will then accept in an exhibition fight.
Nevertheless, it has not yet been officially announced by the most valuable promotions and with a huge difference in size between the two hunters, the negotiations will probably be underway.
And with that, former rival of 'Tank' Davis, Ryan Garcia has called the potential fight 'delusions', claiming that it will not happen, despite the reports.
“I very much doubt that this happens, in no way Gervonta has accepted 195 pounds. Gervonta is of course already small and you really think he will decide to have a maximum of 195 pounds. You must be delusions to think that this will happen,” Garcia said on X.

Gervonta is already small in a natural way and you really think he will decide to balloon until 195 pounds 😉:

Davis's last fight came against Lamont Roach JR in March, where the two fought to a majority of drawing and the consensus was that they would participate in an immediate rematch.
Ryan Garcia courageously predicts that Jake Paul would beat Davis
Despite the fact that the fight will not happen, Garcia has given a shock prediction for the potential collision, claiming that he would bet on the 'heavyweight'.
“Gervonta is 5'4 and weighed for the last time at 133 pounds, you would be crazy to think that he can do everything to do Jake … If the fight happens, I would bet on the heavyweight,” Garcia claimed.
