Sean Strickland insults Khamzat Chimaev as he breaks his silence on receiving a six-month MMA ban

Sean Strickland promises that he will be back to MMA before his six -month suspension is over.

On Thursday it was announced that the former UFC Middleweight champion was excluded from Fighting until December 29.

Sean Strickland also received a fine of $ 5000 for his prominent role in a viral fight after the fight on Tuff-N-SUF 145 in June.

The 34-year-old can reduce his prohibition to 4.5 months by following a course of anger.

Sean Strickland responds to his ban

On Thursday, Sean Strickland issued a statement in which his plan is confirmed to follow anger management classes.

Apparently the recent profit of the middleweight title of Khamzat has influenced Chimaev.

Strickland wants to return to the competition as soon as possible to see the Russian hunter, who has a joke a 'terrorist' in the structure of UFC 319.

“Well! Ready to put this to bed and go back in the cage,” he wrote on Instagram.

“I can't have a terrorist as a champion, unfortunately I think I'm the only one who changes that.

“Raise the committee for getting it …

“Woolderheer here I come …”

The next fight by Khamzat Chimaev

Sean Strickland does not seem to be in the race to start Khamzat Chimaev.

It seems that he has work to do after he was battered in February by Dricus du Plessis on UFC 312.

Strickland could, however, jump on the front of the queue because the new champion hopes to fight on UFC 321 on October 25.

The other four middleweight title candidates are currently connected to fighting against each other.

Nassourdine Imavov will be confronted with Caio Borralho in the UFC Paris main event on 6 September.

Earlier this week, Dana White announced a huge middleweight battle between Reinier de Ridder and Anthony Hernandez, who will lead UFC Vancouver on October 18.

It seems very unlikely that one of the 185 pounds are four fit and ready to fight against Chimaev at the end of October. So, Strickland can get the call if the UFC decides to push ahead with a quick change for their new King from 185 pounds.
