Liverpool continues to be associated with a relocation for Newcastle's Wantaway striker Alexander Isak prior to the transfer deadline with the striker who only trains on Tyneside
Liverpool has already spent some serious money on the transfer market this summer, but the Premier League champions could have more large deals before the window closes on 1 September.

Howe confirms Isak conversations
Eddie Howe has said that at the end of the 2024-25 campaign he had conversations with Alexander Isak – but did not reveal whether or not he was aware of the wish of the player to leave.
Isak accused the 'Breaking Promises' club this week in an explosive social media statement. Newcastle responded with a self -explanation that it was outlined that no club officials had promised the striker a movement.
When he was asked about the situation in a press conference on Friday, Howe said: “Yes, I and Alex had conversations towards the end of the season. Yes, I don't sit here and deny that. I have always said that individual conversations are better to stay private. But we had conversations at the end of the season.
Guehi Transfer Newest
Liverpool is still insisting on signing Marc Guehi before the transfer window closes after Steve Parish has indicated that Crystal Palace could sell their captain.
Guehi could follow Ebereechi Eze from Selhurst Park with the attacking midfielder who agrees to join Arsenal.
And Mirror Football reported on Friday that the Reds still hope to conquer a deal for another of the valued assets of Palace before the transfer period.

Spanish outlet as a claim that Liverpool competes with Manchester City, Manchester United and Real Madrid for Adam Wharton from Crystal Palace.
In recent months there has been a lot of speculation around Wharton, 21, after the impressive way in which he treated the step from the championship to the Premier League after he came to Palace in February 2024 with top clubs that now circled.
