Zhang Mingyang vs Johnny Walker: Bloody Elbow predictions see a knockout victory for the native fighter at UFC Shanghai

There is only one man who has the chance to win the UFC Shanghai main event, according to the bloody elbow forecasts.

The UFC returns to mainland China for the first time since 2017, where Zhang Mingyang plays the leading role in the main event in his home country.

The local favorite will fight against the Brazilian hunter Johnny Walker in a light heavyweight headliner, the first time he is the most important event since earning his contract on the road to UFC season 1.

Mingyang is unbeaten in his first three UFC fights, trying to settle under the great Chinese MMA hunters in history, although Walker will do his best to hit him or two on UFC Shanghai on August 23.

However, the bloody elbow personnel has one clear winner in mind because they make their predictions for the UFC Shanghai Main Event between Mingyang and Walker.

Zhang Mingyang vs Johnny Walker predictions

Ross Markey: “Johnny Walker really needs to be credited for taking such a difficult matchup in his return. In enemy territory, against an emerging light heavyweight that has been flawless so far. It actually only points to one outcome, doesn't it?

“I choose Zhang Mingyang to put the Brazilian in Shanghai in Shanghai. Walker recently had the receiving side of far too much punishment-in a less than ideal time frame too.”

Prediction: Zhang Mingyang via Knock -Out

Harvey Leonard: It's probably the best not to think about. Johnny Walker is just about disabled when he is being cleaned at the moment. A Zhang Mingyang, who has some of the most difficult photos in the division and has ended all 19 of his victories in the first round, is a recipe for a disaster if you are the Brazilian. Zhang via knockout.

Prediction: Zhang Mingyang via Knock -Out

Kyle Dimond: The light heavyweight division is rarely exciting, rising contenders and confronted with them is a difficult place for Johnny Walker to be in. He is struggling against Power Punchers, with his fighting that often ends in huge and somewhat bizarre knockouts. This should be a perfect timing for Zhang Mingyang to replicate that. Zhang via knockout.

Prediction: Zhang Mingyang via Knock -Out

Hamish Woodward: Although the event that takes place in China can be positive for Zhang Mingyang, you could keep this fight all over the world and Johnny Walker would still have one of the weakest chin in the division.

Two knockout losing to some fairly impressive hunters in his last two attacks leave the Brazilian with little to look forward to in this competition. Mingyang is not the world's most impressive hunter, but he should have what is needed to finish Walker in Shanghai.

Prediction: Zhang Mingyang via Knock -Out
