Liverpool unlikely to sign Malick Fofana or Bradley Barcola

According to a report from the Times, it is unlikely that Liverpool will make a movement for Lyon's Malick Fofana (20) or PSG's Bradley Barcola (22) during the rest of the summer transfer window. This is because Arne Slot is happy with his existing forward options.

The aim of the Reds on Alexander Isak is underway, but the chance that they will sign an attacker who is not the Sweden internationally looks at least. The Premier League champions are linked to several Wide Forwards, including Fofana and Barcola, but no equipment or interest has yet been published.

Rio Ngumoha (16) largely played for the Anfield outfit and he impressed the Liverpool head coach. The former Chelsea attacker made so much impression that the English club would rather create a path for the English Youth International than spending a large amount on a new recruit. Moreover, the revival of Federico Chiesa has reduced the need for a new Vooruit on Merseyside before the window closes next week.
