Kobbie Mainoo could consider leaving Manchester United this summer after he had fallen the pecking order under Ruben Amorim. Mainoo, graduated from the Red Devils Academy, has limited its options this season.
The 20-year-old midfielder is called twice on the couch this season, but has not played a single minute. And now it seems that a lack of minutes could force the young person to look somewhere else.
According to Talksport, Mainoo would consider stopping Old Trafford if United receives an acceptable offer for its services. Chelsea has previously been associated with a Swoop, while the midfielder himself is reportedly open to the prospect of moving abroad.
Mainoo has a little less than two years on his contract with United. Earlier it was thought that Red Devils Chiefs would like to tie to a new contract, but there remains a big gap in salary expectations.
Mainoo was reportedly looking for around £ 150,000 a week to sign a new deal, an amount that is currently unfeasible for United. Should Mainoo go further, then all reimbursements that the club receives would be considered pure profit in their PSR calculations for the coming financial year.
Asked why he left Mainoo on the couch against Fulham, United -Baas Amorim revealed that the young person now competed with Captain Bruno Fernandes. He said: “He is now fighting for the position with Bruno.

In the meantime, United Icon Gary Neville has not excluded that Mainoo will fall even further in the pecking order in the near future. “In the central midfield they now have to do a piece of company,” he said on the Gary Neville Podcast.
“I thought Mainoo could perform and that person could be, but it is quite clear that Ruben Amorim is not currently in him. He starts with Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes, he puts Mason Mount in there and he brings Ugarte for him. That tells you almost fourth choice.
“That means they have to sort something, because it will be a problem. The two in it are really exposed if the front three are a little higher and the rear five are sometimes pushed back a little, that hectare space seems to open a bit.
“I think Bruno Fernandes is part of it and he will have to find out. I think Man United will have to get a keeper and watch a central midfield player.”
