Jadon Sancho is looking for a new club all summer after he was frozen in Manchester United, but is unable to secure an exit, where the player shows little interest in a move to Roma
Manchester United Massfit Jadon Sancho is encouraged to accept a move to Roma because there are “no other offers on the table”, according to reports from Italy.
Sancho was frozen by manager Ruben Amorim and last season on loan to Chelsea, although the move was relatively unsuccessful and the club paid a fine of £ 5 million to send him back to Old Trafford.
Sancho was part of Amorim's “Bomb Squad” of unwanted players in Old Trafford this summer, next to Antony, Tyrell Malacia and Marcus Rashford – who has since sealed a loan movement to Barcelona.
But despite a joint attempt to find a new club, interests of parties such as Borussia Dortmund and Juventus are not extradited, so that Sancho is left in nobody's country.
Sancho has received interest from Roma in recent weeks, although conversations have been stuck in the midst of reports that the wing player of England is not interested in switching to the Italian capital.
The Italian outlet Corriere Dello Sport, however, claims that Sancho has not officially rejected them, but adds that the player has “hesitations” in motion – who “torments” the Serie A Club.
It adds that United Chief Jason Wilcox is “desperate” to remove the Sancho from their wage account, since he earns around £ 250,000 a week in Old Trafford, whereby the club matches a transfer of £ 15 million about a month ago.
Sancho is said to have been asked to claim a Roma movement on Wednesday before the club continues with other goals. There are currently no other clubs that weigh an attempt to sign the ex-Borussia Dortmund star.
Roma -Baas Gian Piero Gasperini was on it after the victory on his side on Bologna this weekend that Sancho had not rejected them.
“Sancho never said no to Roma,” he said. There are still eight days left. This is a good team anyway. As I said before, there is no end to the worst and the best. “
But the director of football of the club has shown his frustration about the lack of progress in conversations, and accuses Sancho of the lack of “motivation” to become a member of the club.
He said to Sportsmediaset: “Sancho is a strong player who was connected to all Italian clubs.
“At the moment it is only a suggestion, because it does not seem as if there are the right conditions and especially the motivation to continue these negotiations.”
