Luke Rockhold stated that his most difficult MMA fight came before he once won UFC middleweight gold.
During a great run in the top promotion of the sport, Rockhold Erin in Lyoto Machida and Michael Bisping succeeded in beating on the way to the disagreement of Chris Weidman. However, it was his run to the Strikeforce belt where he says he was confronted with his most difficult test.

After fighting some of the great ones of all time, and sometimes losing, Luke Rockhold insists that which ensures a really heavy fight the structure. He noted in an exclusive chat with Bloody Elbow that various factors, including weight reduction, can cause a struggle and an early fight as his most difficult notice.
“Every fight is different because of how your preparation and beating your weight reduction,” he explained. “Sometimes things just don't go well. Some of the most difficult fights I have been to? I honestly think the moment the Jacare fight in Strikeforce was hard.
“That guy was legitimate at that time and I was certainly at a peak. Then Chris Weidman, he never stops. He was able to just keep coming forward.”
Luke Rockhold refuses to exclude MMA
The end of the UFC career of Rockhold was not entirely what he was looking for and lost his last three in the midst of struggles with injuries. After trying out BKFC, Karate Combat, Subling Grappling and now boxing, he still refuses to hang his MMA gloves.

“I finished my F – ING A -” he holds full. “I am no longer 30, I am 40 and if you are 40, you have to get up and work every day, even if you have a few beers with the boys. You have to get up and run, touch the sauna, go to work, to this and that.
“I don't stop and I am not in Ibiza on stage out of my head like Darren … Let me put me down to the first time and then we can talk.”
