Manchester United weighs what to do with regard to the future of Kobbie Mainoo, in which the club does not have too few frees, such as Real Madrid, keep an eye on the young midfielder
Kobbie Mainoo has attracted an interest of ten clubs while Manchester United weighs whether or not he should go to their Academy midfielder before the summer transfer window closes. The Englishman burst the stage under Erik ten Hag, but has seen his progress.
Ruben Amorim left him on the couch for the first two games of the Premier League and he has to get another minutes with a queue from clubs who are willing to get Mainoo out of hands.
It is still to consider whether United would rather punish a loan movement or sell him together, which would help their PSR situation. They have spent more than £ 200 million this summer, but now still have to punish many permanent outputs against them.
The Daily Mail understands that both Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are among the clubs that Mainoo are aware. The majority of interest in him is based on Premier League, but the two La Liga Giants would consider making movements for the 20-year-old.
Mainoo is increasingly frustrated by his bit -role in Manchester, who coincided with Amorim's arrival in the club. The situation has been exacerbated by the lack of progress with regard to contract discussions and a decision is now being sought randomly.
Chelsea was once much interested in Mainoo, but seem to have settled in their midfield that can come out of the race. The midfielder was tipped as one of the smartest talents that appeared in Old Trafford in years and scored in the FA Cup -final victory within a few months after making his debut.
In Fulham on Sunday, Casemiro, who was once tipped to leave the club, was chosen to play in midfield next to Bruno Fernandes. The Amorim system allows only two midfielders to play and one is almost always the united skipper, which means that places are in a premium.
Amorim hinted that the understanding of Mainoo must improve before he can become a fixed value. He said: “We had some problems, but we play with two midfielders, so it is sometimes a different way of playing, and we have to understand, they have to understand, especially the young players, that there are phases in the season.
“Nowadays it is normal with many games, things will change, but he is there, he fights, he trains, so he is still an option for us to win games.”
