ARSENAL
Positions are still looking at: Center-back
Arsenal in conversations with Bayer Leverkusen about the signing of Piero Hincapie.
Mikel Arteta is also looking for Reiss Nelson, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Sambi Lokonga and Jakub Kiwior in the last week of the window.
Porto is convinced that it takes a first loan agreement for Kiwior to buy a £ 22.4 million to buy.
Aston Villa
Positions still look at: striker and no. 10.
Aston Villa is looking at potential loan identities, including Nicolas Jackson and Marco Asensio to improve the attack.
Although they have solved PSR problems, they have to sell more to make expensive permanent additions.
Villa does not want to sell a first team of stars such as Morgan Rogers, Ollie Watkins nor John McGinn, despite interest from elsewhere.
Brentford
Positions that still look at: left wing
Brentford is considering a movement for Max Beier from Borussia Dortmund while striving for potential replacements for Yoane Wissa.
Brentford is braced for further bids from Newcastle for Wissa, who wants the move.
There can also be a different movement in Brentford, but they do not actively look at a different position.
Brighton
Positions still look at: no specific.
Brighton is open to let Facundo Bounanotte go on loan again, while Jeremy Sarmiento and Abdallah Sima may also be able to leave.
Carlos Baleba stays and Fabian Hurzeler is also sure that Matt O'RiLeyy is in the midst of interest from Juventus.
Bournemouth
Positions still look at: center-back, spire, keeper
Bournemouth is looking for a versatile middle behind that can also cover full-back, with Chelsea's Axel Disasi one of an important thing.
Other players were able to leave Bournemouth before the deadline such as Hamed Traore, and a number of European teams made contact with the cherries.
Burnley
Positions are still looking at: Center-back, right back, center-centerfielder and Spits.
Burnley still wants to strengthen four positions, but their preference is to loan players or with free transfers.
Chelsea
Positions still look at: winger and no. 10.
This week, Chelsea wants to sign Alejandro Garnaacho and Xavi Simons as some of their forward players.
They include Nicholas Jackson, Raheem Sterling, Christopher Nunku and Tyrique George.
Bayern Munich has held conversations with Chelsea about signing Jackson.
AS Roma sports director Ricky Massara has had conversations with Chelsea and the representatives of George.
Barcelona attacking midfielder Fermin Lopez is another long-term Chelsea target.
In other areas, the club Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi and David Datro Fofana wants to move.
Crystal Palace
Positions look at: No. 10, winger, Central Middenveld and Center-Back.
Crystal Palace is close to a deal with Villarreal for Yeremy Pino that is seen as a replacement for Ebereechi Eze.
This is after the negotiations of Palace with Leicester about Bilal El Khannouss collapsed.
Palace is in conversation with Arsenal about the permanent signing of Forward Reiss Nelson.
Other players they like to be on are Raheem Sterling, Conor Gallagher, Hwang-hee Chan and Christos Tzolis.
Marc Guehi could leave Crystal Palace if they sign a replacement, but there have been no new approaches from Liverpool.
Crystal Palace has approached Manchester City about signing Manuel Akanji as a possible option.
Everton
Positions look at: right-back, defensive midfielder and striker
Lyon's Ainsley Maitland Niles, Hector Fort van Barcelona and Kellen Fisher van Norwich are among the right-back options that Everton looks at.
They are also linked to a number of midfielders, including Tomas Soucek and Hayden Hackney – although Middlesbrough has made it clear that he is not for sale.
Fulham
Positions still look at: Spits, Winger and Center-Middenfielder
Fulham still has not drawn outfield player and an unfortunate Marco Silva still wants two new Wingers, an attacking central midfielder and striker.
They keep talking for Kevin at Shakhtar Donetsk and are one of the clubs interested in Raheem Sterling on loan from Chelsea.
Palmeiras is expected to offer on Andreas Pereira after he was omitted from Sunday's draw with Manchester United.
Young winger Martial Godo could also go. Fulham has considered an offer from Coventry City.
Leeds
Positions are still looking at: winger and no. 10
Leeds wants a versatile attacker, with Dilane Bakwa one of an important thing, while no 10 wants to strengthen.
They belong to the clubs that have asked questions about Bilal El Khannouss.
The arrival of James Justin is expected to open the door for Isaac Schmidt to leave, while Largie Ramazani is also on loan to join Valencia.
Patrick Bamford and Illan Meslier do not end up in the plans of Daniel Farke, so that they can be late movers.
LIVERPOOL
Positions are still looking at: Vooruit and Centrum-Back
Liverpool remains interested in Alexander Isak while she waits Newcastle to sell the striker.
The club also still wants to sign Marc Guehi and Crystal Palace in search of replacements.
Harvey Elliott, Joe Gomez and Kostas Tsimikas are also interested in other clubs.
Younger James McConnell is expected to be on loan for the season at Ajax.
Man
Watching positions at: keeper and right back.
The intention of Manchester City remains to keep Edererson and James Trafford as their keepers outside the deadline.
With Edererson in his last year and serious interest of Galatasaray, however, they make unforeseen plans, including PSG's Gianluigi Donnarumma.
They also looked at the right back position all summer.
Man utd
Positions are still looking at: keeper and central Midfielder.
Manchester United still has four wild players: Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia.
Manchester United and Napoli continue to talk about the permanent aspect of an initial loan movement for Rasmus Hojlund.
Roma still seems to be interested in Sancho, while Real Betis is still insisting on Antony.
Players are also important for other clubs, so outputs cannot be excluded for Kobbie Mainoo and Andre Onana.
United remains in conversation with Royal Antwerp about adding goalkeeper Senne Lammens to the team and another midfielder cannot be excluded.
HNK Rijeka has made a loan offer for the young United Winger Ethan Williams.
NEWCASTLE
Positions are still looking at: Spitser
The situation of Alexander Isak will continue to dominate the last few days of the window, with Liverpool still sharp.
Newcastle is preparing to make a new £ 60 million offer for Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen, although he is reportedly a replacement for Callum Wilson.
Wolves want to find a replacement if they have to negotiate his sale.
Newcastle is also interested in Yoane Wissa as a replacement for Wilson, but Brentford also wants a replacement first.
Nicholas Jackson is considered another option that Newcastle has looked at this summer.
NOTTM Forest

Sunderland
Positions still look at: left -sided middle behind and striker.
Sunderland tried for Bologna defender Jhon Lucumi and the player is enthusiastic.
They see him as the last part of the puzzle for their backline and are also on the market for a striker in the last days of the window.
Tottenham
Watching positions at: No. 10, Wing player and Center-Back
Tottenham still gives priority to a no. 10, but Como's Nico Paz looks unlikely because of the financial interests of Real Madrid in the player.
Winger goals include Monacos Magnes Akliouche and the Savinho of Manchester City.
Another new center-back is also not excluded.
Yves Bissouma is in conversation to leave for Galatasaray, while defender Luka Vuskovic could go on loan if another defender arrives.
West ham
Positions still look at: left -sided middle behind, defensive midfielder, striker and keeper.
Soungoutou Magassa is planned to undergo a medical with West Ham prior to a £ 17.3 million relocation of Monaco.
West Ham looks at several midfielders and has also approached Nottingham Forest about borrowing Ibrahim Sangare.
Other interesting players include Strasbourg's Junior Mwanga, Middlesbrough's Hayden Hackney, Southampton's Matheus Fernandes and Bayer Leverkusen's Aleix Garcia.
The club is also back in conversations to sign Botafogo -goalkeeper John Victor, although Botafogo wants to be a much higher compensation than the £ 6 million West Ham is willing to pay if the loan becomes permanent.
Reports claim that Everton has offered on Tomas Soucek, while there could be late interest in Lucas Paqueta.
West Ham is one of the three London clubs that are interested in Raheem Sterling on loan.
Marseille is talking about the signing of West Ham Left-back Emerson Palmieri.
WOLVES
Watching positions at: Voorwartse, Center-Middenfielder and left-sided center-back
Borussia Dortmund has agreed a deal of £ 22.8 million for striker Fabio Silva.
Wolves are also planning to keep Jorgen Strand Larsen in the midst of multiple bids from Newcastle.
Wolves have agreed a first loan agreement for Girona's Ladislav Krejci who can cover both midfield and the defensive midfield.
Celtic
Celtic comes after the signing sessions of Michel-Aange Balikwisha and Marcelo Saracchi.
But Pisa closes a different goals in Calvin Stengs, according to Sky in Italy. The left-left Mitchel-Frame has agreed the conditions for a four-year deal with Aberdeen.
Rangers
