UFC star reportedly set to miss out on huge homecoming fight after Dana White granted his wish inside the Octagon

One of the stars of UFC 319 had some requests for Dana White after a stunning knockout victory.

On October 11, the Octagon returns to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, where Charles Oliveira will be confronted in the main event opposite Rafael Fiziev.

A colleague -top Brazilian star would probably have been the target for this event if he had not only participated this month.

Carlos Prates completed Geoff Neal in Style in Chicago and produced a rotating back -lleboog knock -out in the opening round to bounce back from his first UFC defeat.

'The Nightmare' chose to use his interview after the fight after the victory to send the UFC bosses a wish list on the day before his birthday.

Carlos Prates is reportedly aimed at an upcoming event that is not UFC Rio

In the list of demands of Carlos Prates that he sent to Dana White, the Brazilian star shouted to be booked on the upcoming return of the promotion to Rio de Janeiro.

The potential for a quick change was made possible after he had suffered very little damage at UFC 319 before he brought Geoff Neal away.

Michael 'Venom' page even offered to be prates' opponent after he also achieved a big win in Chicago and Jared Cannonier defeated a decision in the middleweight.

Unfortunately for 'The Nightmare' it now seems that the UFC has changed ideas after Joe Rogan had already told him in the Octagon that the promotion would give him his wish.

A report from Higor Ciconello and ESPN Brasil states that Prates will not be in action on 11 October with UFC 322 in November now that he is the target for which he is the target.

Although the full details of that event have not yet been announced, we know that it will take place on November 15, with Madison Square Garden in New York the expected location.
