Man Utd outcast set for LaLiga loan move after rejecting several European clubs

Ruben Amorim has passed a nightmare for the past 24 hours, but there might be good news on the horizon for the head coach of Manchester United Undervuur.

The Portuguese head coach is lagging behind after he has seen his side losing in Grimsby Town in the second round of the Carabao Cup on penalties.

Amorim did not stop at the terrible show after his team's game, but he might get what he wants from those players he considered excess before requirements.

And that is because one of his members of the 'bomb team' seems to leave Old Trafford.

According to reports in the Netherlands, the left power is set to join LaLala-Outfit Elche to a seasonal loan.

Voetbal International claims that Malacia has chosen the Spanish side as its next destination after holding conversations on Monday.

It seems that Elche and Lille were his two destination, but the latter did without manager Bruno Genesio who worked against them.

Elche's willing patience and the promise of regular first team in football, on the other hand, have decided Malacia's thinking.

Apart from those two clubs, Voetbal International adds that the vovers of Malacia Roma, Besiktas, Porto include, as well as an offer from Saudi Arabia that was put on hold.

The approaching exit of Malacia means that it will be his second loan spell in two seasons after having spent the second half of 2024-25 in PSV Eindhoven, where he made 12 performances in all competitions.

Malacia, member of United in 2022 as the first signing of Erik ten Hag after the manager's arrival at Old Trafford.

The full-back moved from Feyenoord, but has difficulty setting up in the Premier League.

After making 39 performances in his debut season, Malacia missed the entire campaign of 2023-24 due to an injury.

He returned to action last season and played in eight games before he was borrowed from PSV in the January window.

As well as Malacia; Jadon Sancho, Antony and Alejandro Garnacho remain part of the 'Bomb Squad' to leave. Marcus Rashford came to a season loan at Barcelona last month.
