Chelsea and Manchester United have agreed £ 40 million for Alejandro Garnacho, Daily Mail Sport understands.
The switch also includes a sale of 10 percent.
Both clubs were locked up this summer in negotiations about the deal after the 21-year-old was told by Ruben Amorim to leave at the end of last season.
There had been a gap in the appreciation – with United said he had sustained about £ 50 million – but a compromise has been reached. Garnacho is now expected to go to London to undergo his medical checks as soon as tomorrow.
The attacker will sign a lucrative seven -year -old deal at Stamford Bridge.
