Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappé (25) has won the French Footballer of the Season award for the 2023/2024 season, presented by France Football.
Mbappe, who retained his title albeit by a smaller margin than last year, scored 52 goals in what was ultimately his final season at Paris Saint-Germain. He was part of PSG's title-winning campaign in Ligue 1, their victory in the Coupe de France and their participation in the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
Mbappé finished five points ahead of Arsenal's William Saliba. The Arsenal defender earned 51 points in a season that saw the Gunners take Manchester City close to the Premier League title again, while also establishing himself in the France set-up.
AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan finished third with 24 points, ahead of Real Madrid duo Eduardo Camavinga (17 points) and Aurélien Tchouaméni (16 points). In shared sixth place with 15 points were Antoine Griezmann and Pierre Lees-Melou of Stade Brestois. Warren Zaire-Emery (11 points) and Bradley Barcola (10 points) completed the top ten.
