Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli says the club is “focusing on completely different things” amid speculation linking them with Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee.
The Dutch international has had a difficult start at Old Trafford and has already been linked with an early departure in January.
Zirkzee made the move to the Premier League after an impressive 2023/24 season with Bologna, which he helped qualify for the Champions League.
However, the 23-year-old has failed to build on that momentum with the Red Devils, for whom he has started just five league games and has scored just three goals in all competitions.
That has led to speculation suggesting he may reunite with former coach Thiago Motta at Juventus, who operated without a recognized striker several times this season following injuries to the likes of Dusan Vlahovic and Arkadiusz Milik.
However, Bianconeri director Giuntoli told Sky Sports that the club was looking elsewhere.
“Zirkzee in January?” he said. 'We're waiting for Milik.
“I can only say that Zirkzee is a very good player, but he is under contract with Man Utd. That's all I can add at the moment, we are concentrating on completely different things now.”
