Chael Sonnen tells Colby Covington he doesn't 'accept' the outcome
On Saturday night at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, USA, Joaquin Buckley picked up the biggest win of his career, defeating Colby Covington with vicious attacks.
Early in the fight, 'New Mansa' looked great, but as time went on, the UFC's most polarizing star worked his way back into the match.
But as Covington played his part in a barn burner, with blood streaming down his face, the doctor saw fit to call a halt to the action.
In the locker room, Chael Sonnen then did everything he could to cheer up the 36-year-old.

In a video uploaded to Covington's YouTube channel, 'The American Gangster' exclaimed: “Oh my god, that was a fight.
The welterweight contender replied: “Not bad for no training camp.
Sonnen agreed: “Not bad at all. Your kicks were good tonight. He hit you with… those were hard shots, and it's hard for everyone to see because you just took them.
“Even us in the corner said, 'I guess that didn't hurt; he is still improving'. You had your head in the middle, but you worked your way out; you had your hands locked.”
“It was great. Everything went great. The tide turned. That doesn't count, I don't accept that – not at all man. That was a great fight and you fought very hard.”

During the fight itself, Sonnen gave his compatriot as much advice as possible to help him emerge victorious.
However, his job became considerably more difficult as the austerity worsened.
With that in mind, Sonnen has revealed exactly what was going through his mind in the moments before the doctor refused to let his man move on.
