Signs of thaw in tensions between Ousmane Dembélé and Luis Enrique

According to a report from L'Équipe, there are signs of a thaw in tensions between Luis Enrique and Ousmane Dembélé (27) at Paris Saint-Germain after the 3-1 win over Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday evening.

The relationship between the two has come under scrutiny this season after an argument after the victory over Stade Rennais (3-1) on September 27. The following match, Dembélé was left out of the Champions League squad that traveled to Arsenal.

Relations appeared to deteriorate when Dembele was sent off during the 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League. Luis Enrique is said to have been furious, believing the foul had cost the club the chance to turn the game around.

In the two league matches that followed the broadcast, Dembélé remained on the bench. PSG struggled to two draws and the France international was reinstated and allowed to play in his favored position in the center of attack.

L'Équipe writes that the two are trying to put their problems behind them and move in the same direction.
