A heavyweight title fight between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall is possibly the most desired fight among the UFC fanbase.
Following Jon Jones' successful title defense against Stipe Miocic at UFC 309, fans once again called for a unification fight against Tom Aspinall.
Initially, Jones wasn't into the idea of fighting the interim champion, claiming he would retire if he couldn't fight Alex Pereira instead.
Despite this, the consensus GOAT has since changed his tune, and UFC CEO, Dana White, recently provided an update on the likelihood of that fight happening, stating that he is 100% confident it will happen.

Curtis Blaydes backs Tom Aspinall to finish Jon Jones early
Despite winning the interim title last year, Aspinall knew he would likely have to wait for the climax of Jones vs Miocic before pulling off a unification fight.
Rather than remain inactive for over a year, the Brit decided to join a small group of fighters by defending his interim title in a rematch against Curtis Blaydes.
'Razor' Blaydes became Aspinall's latest victim to fall in the first round, with the 31-year-old maintaining his record as the fighter with the lowest average time in the Octagon.
After feeling Aspinall's power in the cage, Blaydes has made his prediction on how he sees a fight between Jones and Aspinall going, saying he thinks Aspinall will end the fight early.
“Yes (I think Aspinall will beat Jones), I will pick him,” Blaydes told Sportskeeda.
“I think Tom can only win because of his presence inside. Jon Jones gets away with standing in front of his opponent and just pawing and pecking, leg kicks and teeps on the inside. I don't think Aspinall is going to allow him to hang out at that range, I think he's going to blitz him. in and out.
“I think he can get it on one of those in-and-outs. He certainly has speed. I think he'll get to the inside of the range and land overhand, and it'll probably be early… So yeah, I think it'll happen early,” Blaydes continued.
Jon Jones mocks Colby Covington after his recent loss
While he is enjoying his time outside the Octagon, Jones has decided to attack his old rival Colby Covington.
The two were good friends when they were roommates in college, but as happens with most of Covington's relationships with fighters, things turned acrimonious.
Last Saturday, Covington returned to action and was brutally defeated by Joaquin Buckley, leaving Jones satisfied.
The UFC heavyweight champion went to X to attack Covington and mocked him for making the excuse that he wasn't prepared for his fight because he was helping Donald Trump with his election campaign.
