Conor McGregor produced one of his most brutal performances before taking part in 'The Money Fight' against 11-time world boxing champion Floyd Mayweather.
When they collided in 2017, the pair generated more than $600 million in revenue for their monumental crossover event, positioning themselves as two of the highest-paid athletes in the world.
Not only that, but Floyd Mayweather reportedly secured a staggering $300 million payday, while Conor McGregor walked away with around $100 million following his tenth round defeat.
Yet McGregor's UFC career was undoubtedly on the rise before his hard-hitting boxing lesson arrived at the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas.

Conor McGregor dismisses Eddie Alvarez with a deadly finish in the second round
'The Notorious' claimed the UFC featherweight title with a devastating second-round knockout against Chad Mendes before defending his crown against MMA legend Jose Aldo in 2015.
Sure enough, McGregor surpassed his previous performance with an even more emphatic finish, stopping Aldo within 13 seconds of their match.
When he next battled seasoned veteran Nate Diaz at lightweight, the Irishman was ultimately forced to suffer a shocking defeat.
However, he quickly exacted revenge in their immediate rematch before stepping into the cage with Eddie Alvarez, the reigning 155-pound king, in 2016.
This was where McGregor's UFC career really took off, with Alvarez – fresh off his first-round knockout win over Rafael Dos Anjos – standing in his way to legendary status.
Without a moment's notice, McGregor had underlined his authority in the fight before landing a spiteful four-punch combination in just the second round, becoming the UFC's first-ever double champion.
Eddie Alvarez joins Conor McGregor's BKFC promotion
Given how their brief encounter unfolded, it's somewhat strange to see Alvarez fighting under the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship promotion, where McGregor is of course a co-owner.
Nevertheless, 'The Underground King' has attempted to reinvent himself in the burgeoning sport, facing both Mike Perry and Chad Mendes in his two fights to date.
But now Alvarez is gearing up to take on former MMA fighter Jeremy Stephens on January 25, headlining BKFC's first major event of the new year in Philadelphia.
