Valencia -midfielder Javi Guerra remains the object of speculation and uncertainty, with his future in the air this summer. His agents met Los Che earlier this month to discuss his next step, with giants from all over Europe who wanted to praise him from Mestalla.
Guerra would meet Valencia officials in the seventh July to discuss his future, with AC Milan, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United all enthusiastic about the 22-year-old. He currently has two years left at his deal, but there is a suggestion that Valencia could cash in him, with a deal of € 25 million, but finished last summer with Los Rojiblancos.
As explained by Matteo Moretto, Guerra had a meeting with Valencia on November 7 to discuss his future. Los Che, however, still has to present a contract offer to Guerra and his camp, with the promised wage increase. United and Atletico keep an eye on the situation, but Milan has gone one step further and has opened conversations with Guerra and hopes to reach an agreement on personal conditions. They have not yet opened conversations with Valencia.
A similar course of events took place with Crithian Mosquera, who started to negotiate a contract offer Vane with Arsenal. In the case of Guerra, Valencia has two more years to dissect a new deal with him. However, their record with people like Giorgi Mamardashvili, Mosquera, Yarek Gasiorowski, Yunus Musah and Carlos Soler suggests that they would be willing to negotiate.
Perhaps the element of uncertainty is the arrival of the former Chelsea operator Ron Gourlay, who was recently appointed as general manager. It is thought that Gourlay has a big word when running the club of Peter Lim and Meriton Holdings.
