Manchester United Wing player Alejandro Garnacho became the target of Chelsea and Napoli in the January transfer window and was now able to prepare for a movement in the summer
Alejandro Garnacho has fueled speculation. Garnacho was strongly connected to a move to Chelsea or Napoli in the January transfer window and could be interesting again in the summer.
The united winger is under contract until June 2028 at Old Trafford, but Ruben Amorim is planning a large squadevision in the summer and there is a concept that the sale will have to be done to finance it.
Claims that Garnacho has now decided to put his house on the market, could suggest that he could be moving when the summer transfer window is opened.
The 20-year-old lives in Bowdon, Greater Manchester, with his partner Eva, their son Enzo and Bulldogs Freko and Burrows. He moved to their mansion with seven bedrooms in April 2024 after paying £ 3,804 million for the property.
But only a year later the sun reports that he is trying to sell it for £ 3.85 million – only £ 45,000 more than he paid for it. The list for the country house was noticed by a united supporter, who noticed the secret nature of the advertisement.
The list has only one photo and the brokers who are responsible for finding a buyer say that it is “exclusively and discreetly brought to the market”. It went live on March 28, just a few days before Garnaacho played for United in their 1-0 defeat by Nottingham Forest after the Premier League returned from the international break.
Like many at United, Garnacho did not do well this season, after he went 24 games without a goal before the 3-0 win over Leicester prior to the international break. But although this season he has only four goals and one assist in 29 Premier League matches, the club is understood to appreciate him at around £ 70 million.
Amorim spoke about Garnacho and colleague -young Kobbie Mainoo in February in the midst of reports that they could be sold in the summer.
“That part [United listening to offers] Is true, but I want players such as Kobbie and Garnacho. The focus is that we have to improve our academy and that you have to spend more, “he said.
“That is something that all clubs in England should benefit from – the players who come from the academy. To fill the shirt and also to be able to sell them. So our focus is to spend more.”
But the words of the United Boss after the forest loss hinted with frustration with the winger. “He makes everything, he sometimes tries,” Amorim said after the game. 'You have a day [where] You do the right things, but in the last third you are not that good. That can happen. That can happen in the game.
“The most important thing for me is when he has to run back, he walks back. Of course we want a player who has one against one. Sometimes he tries too much.”
