Alejandro Garnacho has made its no. 1 choice this summer.
The £ 50 million rated Manchester United-wing player was told to find a new club after a fall-out with Baas Ruben Amorim.
Garnacho, 20, was previously linked to Stamford Bridge after his management team was seen this season in a blues match.
The Argentina star, who is also interested in Napoli, dedicated his agent to make it clear to Chelsea -Baas Enzo Maresca, he wants to stay in the prems.
A source said: “Alejandro knows that the Premier League is the best in the world.
“And although he has had some good moments at United, he wants to settle as a world star.
“England is the best place to do that and Chelsea has collected many good young players.”
Sunsport understands Garnacho who has made some of his teammates angry by giving an interview after the final loss of 1-0 Europa League against Tottenham on 21 May in which he described the season as “S ** t”.
The source said: “Garnacho seems to think that he is the next Ronaldo and this was his 'exit interview' -moment, as if he wanted to annoy people so much that there was no option than to sell him.
“The rest of the players did not go well.
“There is a feeling that, although he is a good player, he is not as good as he thinks he is.”
Garnacho cut a frustrated figure at the end of the season tour to Asia, where he knew fans and refused to do interviews.
