Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes are already looking beyond their fight on UFC 314.
Ilia Topuria recently left the featherweight title to pursue glory in the lightweight division.
At the same time, it was announced that Volkanovski and Lopes will fight on April 12 for the non -occupied belt of 145 pounds.
With UFC 314 almost on us, the headliners have called the man they intend to stand after winning the belt in Miami.

Diego Lopes took the following opponent after UFC 314
Lopes made his UFC debut in 2023 after he had a late-notice facility to tackle Movsar Evloev.
After he had barely lost the fight, Lopes won four on the bouncer before he dominated Brian Ortega on UFC 306 to earn his title shot last September.
Yet the Brazilian fan favorite thinks about revenge while preparing for the greatest fight of his life.
“Of course this fight is important to me because this man has defeated me in the past,” Lopes told MMA Junkie when he was asked for a possible rematch with Evloev.
“But now it is different. They are different things. I am at the top, and this guy too. Maybe we are fighting for the title.
“I am so excited for the next step, but my focus is on Volkanovski. I win the belt and I will ask the UFC for the fight with Movsar.”
Alexander Volkanovski plan Movsar Evloev Title fight
Evloev was the first name that came to me when Volkanovski thought of what the next step is after UFC 314.
The 19-0 competition has not fought since he picked up a controversial profit decision on Aljamain Sterling on UFC 310 in December.
Evloev also has great victories over Arnold Allen and then Ige during his rise by the ranks.
“I tell you I am going outside and I will win the belt and I will call (Movsar Evloev) so that he can probably wait if he wants,” said Volkanovski on the Ariel Helwani show.
“I win that title and I will fight against him three months later, tell me the date on which we can do it and I will call the shots that night.
“I think Movsar definitely deserves.”
