In a beautiful performance, Volkanovski Diego Lopes on UFC 314 defeated by unanimous decision, to strengthen his status as one of the greatest of all time.
However, he did not have much time to enjoy the moment, with his next fight possibly just around the corner.

While Alexander Volkanovski defeated Diego Lopes, Movsar Evloev looked carefully at formulating a game plan that he thinks could be used to illuminate the new champion of his title.
After he has just picked up a huge victory over Aljamain Sterling, the 19-0 MMA star knows that he seriously states to be the next challenger of the throne of 145 pounds.
After the game, the 31-year-old quickly went to social media to try to ensure that he is the next man in line for a confrontation with the Aussie.
He tweeted: “Congratulations on an excellent achievement, you are a real champion! Let's see what your word is worth! Alexander Volkanovski.”
Alexander Volkanovski wants Movsar Evloev fight
With the daughter of Volkanovski who had previously mocked him for his loss for Islam Makhachev, the Pound-for-Pond Superster would enjoy the opportunity to get some sort of redemption against the countryman of his old rival.
That is why it is not a big surprise that the 36-year-old is positive about taking away Evloev's undefeated record from him.
With the belt firmly wrapped around his waist, Volkanovski is willing to hire absolutely, with a collision possibly only three months away.
During an interview with the main event, he claimed: “We will see it. I will have to look at a few things. I am pretty sure that there are hopefully no broken bones. If not, let's go back there.”
