Alisha Lehmann is open about her earlier relationship with teammate Ramona Bachmann.
The former West Ham and Aston Villa Women's Star now dates Douglas Luiz, whom she met in Villa Park.
Lehmann has gone out with men and women in the past, including teammate Bachmann from Switzerland.
Their relationship was documented in BBC Three show the youngest football boss of Great Britain.
They met for the first time in 2018 when Lehmann played for West Ham and Bachmann was in Chelsea and started dating in 2021.
After thinking about the relationship, Lehmann told Marca: “It is 2025. I think everyone can date with whom they want and are with whom they want.
“It is important to open your mind and stop seeing this as a problem and seeing it as progress instead.
“Be who you are and who you want to be. Love is love. It's simple.”
The relationship lasted a year and Lehmann started dating Luiz shortly after the split.
The couple played for Villa for a few years before the chance of both moving to Juventus was created last summer.
Juventus reportedly paid £ 60 million for the couple and Lehmann revealed that it was a joint decision of the couple.
She said, “I don't know who was convinced, it just happened.”
