
Alisson has returned to Liverpool after storing a head injury in the victory of Brazil over Colombia in the World Cup that qualifies on Thursday.
The goalkeeper clashed heads with Colombia defender Davinson Sanchez and was replaced in the 78th minute of their 2-1 victory after treatment.
Reports say that Alisson was removed as a precautionary measure after he complained that he felt dizzy after the collision, but he will not play a role in the next game of Brazil against Argentina after his return to Liverpool, the club confirmed.
“Alisson sustained a head injury and was replaced by a suspected concussion,” said Brazil's team doctor, Rodrigo Lasmar, after the game.
“We will now follow the CBF protocol and he will undergo the recommended … tests.

“If all tests are normal, we will continue and perform a cognitive test. Then we will evaluate the player.
“He is normal, without complaints. He did not report fainting or memory loss.”
Brazil, who is already without Manchester Eererson without Manchester injury, is in second place in the table with 21 points from 13 games. They are four drift from leaders Argentina, who have a game in hand.
It is not clear whether Alisson will miss matches for Liverpool, who are currently 12 points clear at the top of the Premier League. They return to Topactie on 2 April against Everton.
