Planning challenges for Atlético

The combination of Atlético Madrid with Seattle means that their matches will mainly take place on the West Coast (Los Angeles and Seattle), resulting in greater adjustments to travel and time zones. However, their opening match against PSG – a highlight of the group stage – will kick off at 12pm local time in Los Angeles, which equates to 3pm ET, making it convenient for fans on the East Coast. Their games against Seattle and Botafogo are at 6:00 PM and 3:00 PM ET respectively, guaranteeing good viewing times in the Miami area.

Real Madrid's east coast fixture schedule

Real Madrid, on the other hand, plays all its group matches on the east coast. Their debut is scheduled for June 18 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami at 3:00 PM ET, just four days after the tournament opener between Inter Miami and Al Ahly at the same venue.

Madrid's second match against Pachuca in Charlotte also kicks off at 3:00 PM ET, offering excellent viewing times on the East Coast. However, their final match against Salzburg in Philadelphia starts at 9:00 PM ET.
