Xabi Alonso still has to decide whether Kylian Mbappe will appear in the next Clubworld cup match of Real Madrid to Pachuca, while the French attacker continues to recover from disease, the Spanish coach said Wednesday.
Mbappe missed the training session on Tuesday after a viral infection and did not participate in Real's Group H 1-1 draw with all Hilal in their tournament opener on Wednesday.
“We will have to see how he feels,” Alonso told a press conference.
“The last day he has undergone important viral problems, so we will have to wait and have to assess closer to the game.”
