The greatest female hunter of all time has taken a huge step to make her comeback this year in the UFC.
Last June at UFC 316, Kayla Harrison became one of the greatest athletes of all time when she successfully won UFC Gold after submitting Julianna Pena.
With her victory, Harrison became one of the few hunters who won both an Olympic gold medal and a UFC title, making them one of the greatest female stars in combat sports.
And after her title win, Harrison was confronted with her next opponent, while former ladies stormed double champion Amanda Nunes into the cage for their very first face.

Amanda Nunes registers drug test prior to UFC -Comeback
When Amanda Nunes withdrew from the sport, it did not exactly come as a surprise for the UFC fan base, because there were no contenders left for 'The Lioness' to fight.
But when the promotion announced their signing of Harrison, the Brazilian decided almost immediately that she would probably have her return.
Harrison and Nunes have a bit of a history because they both came together in the American top team, and Harrison admitted that Nunes got her better before she decided to leave.
Nevertheless, the current champion has improved the jumps and boundaries since their days training together, and the two are now a step closer together.
Nunes has now officially registered a drug test session according to the UFC-Anti-Doping database, which confirms that her comeback is enabled. It is unclear how long the Brazilian is in the test pool before she registers her test.
During a recent Q&A on the UFC 318 ceremonial weightings, Harrison revealed that she agreed to ignore the need for nunes to be in the test pool for six months, for a 'small fee'.
“I have not heard too much either, but you believe that I will shout at my boy Ali (Abdelaziz) after this weekend, I had to come to New Orleans, I had to support Dustin (Poirier), I trained, but now it is back to train hard and I am ready to see Amanda's A -.
“I said I would refrain from being (must be in the test pool for six months) for a small fee. I am ready to fight. Fighters fight,” Harrison continued.
When can Harrison vs Nunes take place?
Although Harrison is open to giving nunes an exemption from the usual rules, it is unlikely that the promotion will follow the return of Nunes soon.
And with that in mind, when Nunes just returned to the test pool, the fastest she could return to action in January next year would be.
However, after Donald Trump recently announced that a historical event will take place next year in the White House on July 4, almost the entire schedule has thrown their names in the hat to fight on the map.
It is likely that the promotion will stack the event from top to bottom, which may remain a space for Harrison vs Nunes to take place on that map.
