Amorim and Guardiola insist their teams will be better next season

Ruben Amorim and Pep Guardiola sworn that their teams will be better next season after producing a Dud Manchester Derby in Old Trafford.

One of the biggest matches in the English football calendar was an anti-climax when United and City worked into a scoreless draw.

The third meeting between Amorim and Guardiola this season was far away from the other two after Sporting Lisbon City defeated 4-1 in the Champions League in November and United organized a Smash and grabbed the Etihad in December.

Amorim is determined to change the Fortuinen of United as quickly as he can, and indicated that the Derbies of Manchester of next season will be very different.

“At the moment it is still very difficult every day, but of course you can imagine that the next season will be so much different,” said the United Boss.

“That's why I always say that I am in a hurry because we suffer a lot. Everyone here suffers a lot from all these changes, and we have to show something the following year.

'We have so many aspects to improve: structure, transition, decisions in the last third part. Every player can improve. They are here because they have shown something at other clubs. They have the quality, but we are still a team that plays at transition and we have to spend more time in the last third to have more opportunities. '

United Captain Bruno Fernandes accepted that his team was not ruthless enough for the goal with what few opportunities came on their side.

“We played against a very good side, but the game was there and we needed a murderer instinct to get the goals,” Fernandes said.

Guardiola is building his team again and he also believes that City will be a different proposition next season.

“We're going to take time, next season will be the season,” he said.

'But I am not worried about the next season, I am only worried about recovery, Crystal Palace, Everton, Aston Villa and the FA Cup Semi-final.

'I would rather have 10 points or 12 points, but it is what it is. It's Old Trafford, it's always difficult. We fought and we were there. The players gave everything. I am happy with what I saw. We were not in the right position to hurt United more than we hurt them, but it's fine. We take the point and continue. '
