Ruben Amorim could face a long-term Manchester United tradition, famous by Sir Alex Ferguson confirmed if he allows Kobbie Mainoo to leave. The extraordinary midfielder could be moved soon, possibly before the transfer deadline of Monday.

However, the progress of Mainoo has hit the buffers under Amorim, while discussions about a new contract have stalled. Last season he underwent injury problems and had difficulty holding a regular place in the team if he was suitable.
Precious Little seems to have changed this season, with Mainoo left on the couch for both of the Premier League matches of United so far.
