Ruben Amorim is ready to apologize from fans for the terrible season of Manchester United, but will not offer an explanation – because it would take too long!
The boss will speak with the crowd after he led his flops on a red round of Old Trafford today after the last match of a disastrous campaign against Aston Villa.
He will not save the fact that his six months are a horror show.
Amorim said: “I know that the manager appeals to the audience and I will do that because the least I can do, can talk to the fans and say what I want.
“It's tradition and we have to face it. It will be the biggest mistake if we don't.
“If there is a season that we have to do it, it is this. And it will be an apology, I think it is clear.
“An explanation? You don't have time! So we will try to be honest. I will be honest with the fans and I will say what's in my mind and what's in my heart.”
Sunsport revealed on Friday that Amorim will remain in the next term, but no job is safe for the play staff.
Alejandro Garnacho, fell on the couch for the last defeat of 1-0 Europa League against Spurs in Bilbao on Wednesday, could be one of the first stars to leave, with his brother who accused Amorim of “throwing him under the bus”.
The Portuguese boss, 40, has only won six of the 26 Prem games since he was replaced Erik ten Hag in November, through the side in the 16th.

He said he would stop if fans or the owners did not want him, but it says that he does not regret taking the job.
The former sporty Lisbon chef is even happy that he took over it halfway through the season, even though he claimed earlier that his ideal choice would have been to wait until the summer.
He said: “I am really happy that I will start a new season six months before we start to avoid many mistakes that would be in the next.
“This is the time that we can use all that suffering to change things in the summer … And when I say in the summer, it's not just the players.
“There are many things we have to change in our club. So we do that – we did it for six months. We have changed to every aspect of our club.
“We suffered a lot, but I am really happy that I came six months earlier because it will help me a lot next season.”
