Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has made a rare public criticism of the club and requires a larger coaching staff. The Italian manager has one of the shorter staff in the division, with only eight integral members of their staff, while Marcelino Garcia Toral in Villarreal closer to the triple number is that number.
Earlier in the season it was reported that Ancelotti wanted Los Blancos to expand their coaching staff, and they were looking for an addition. In the midst of the discussion about the physical toll of the current calendar, Ancelotti was asked if he would like to have a larger staff for their Copa del Rey semi-final return bone with Real Sociedad.
