The dates for the September FIFA International Match Days Women are getting closer and closer when the Conmebol qualification group starts the last part in the last two games to be played early next month.
With two more games in South America to determine who is eligible for the World Cup 2026, Argentina, Brazil and Ecuador have already secured their presence during next year's big event with Uruguay and Paraguay in strong positions.
The CBF (Brazilian FA) has confirmed that the official schedule will be presented for its last two games before the World Cup 2026 on 25 August in Rio de Janeiro. The Canarinha will organize Chile in Rio de Janeiro (September 5) and visits Bolivia in El Alto (September 10).
According to Globo Esporte, Ancelotti Vinicius will not include the team for those two games. The Real Madrid wing player is suspended for the Chile match after receiving a yellow card in the Paraguay game and will serve a suspension of one match against Chile. The Italian coach has decided not to call the winger for the next match against Bolivia. In this decision, the winger will prevent him from playing at more than 4,100 meters above sea level in Villa Ingenio, where Bolivia plays home games after the 2024 Copa América.
Rodrygo, Neymar and Militão nod
Globo Espore also claims that his Real Madrid teammates, Rodrygo and Militão will be included in the list. Both players were not included in the first team of Ancelotti in June, when they played against Ecuador and Paraguay and the qualification of 2026 World Cup secured. Both missed those competitions because of an injury, so they make their debut that represent their country with their former manager at their club.
It is also speculated that Neymar, who is now playing back in Brazil with his former side Santos will be included in the upcoming Seleçao team.
