Carlo Ancelotti says that he will not speak about his future of Real Madrid to the last LaLiga match of the season, amidst continuing links to the management of Brazil.
Ancelotti has led Madrid to three Champions League trophies and is looking for a third LaLiga title with Los Blancos while they are four points among leaders Barcelona with five more games left.
Madrid is preparing to organize Celta Vigo in their next competition outing on Sunday, although much of the pre-match discussion remains around a potential move to international football with Brazil.
“I can make it clear, the truth is that I love my club, my players and my fans. I will talk about my future on the 25th [of May]”Ancelotti told reporters on Saturday.
“I know very well what to do, what I will do and what I do, what it doesn't talk about my future today. I know I disappoint you today, but I don't care.”
Ancelotti has won 15 trophies in Madrid, making him the most successful coach of the club in terms of trophies.
The Italian also has the LaLiga record for the most consecutive games without defeat: 42 games between September 2023 and October 2024 (W31 D11) with Madrid.
With countless records and silverware to his name, Ancelotti believes that every exit will be amicable, although he repeated his uncertainty about when he leaves the Spanish capital.

“Everything will be a fantastic farewell,” he added.
“I have never had a fight with the club in six years, and I will not have one on the last day, of which I will not know when it will be. It could be May 25, it could be 2026.”
Ancelotti focuses his attention on Sunday and remains floating and insists that Madrid will not give up the title race of the competition with Barcelona, who defeated them in the Copa del Rey final last Saturday.
The Madrid -Baas will also feel like his chances against the visitors of Sunday, given that he has won 10 of his 11 LaLiga matches against Celta.
“We came from an almost perfect season and we had many difficulties,” he continued.
“But there are still five games left and everything can happen. What cannot happen is that we give up. We have to win these five games and give everything.
“If we win, we can change the season and have a very good season.”
