Anderson Silva left Dana White furious with dominant win that ‘embarrassed’ the UFC

Dana White was anger after the first event of the UFC in Abu Dhabi.

In April 2010, the most important promotion of MMA took its largest star, Anderson Silva, to the center -East.

The former middleweight champion, which is generally considered one of the best hunters of all time, was deep in his 185 pounds when he was adapted to the Submission Specialist Demian Maia at UFC 112.

'The Spider' looked quickly and deadly during the first two rounds, but did more show boating than fighting as the game progressed. Eventually he drove to a crooked decision that fans Booing and Dana White Furious left behind.

The UFC boss almost always puts the belt around the waist of the champion after title fights in the Octagon.

However, he left Silva vs Maia early so that he was given honor to the manager of the Brazilian knockout artist, Ed Soares.

“I don't think I was embarrassed in the 10 years that I was in this industry,” said White after Branding Silva vs Maia a 'shame' during the UFC 112 Post-Fight Press Conference.

“It is the first I have ever walked at a main event, given the belt's belt, and told him he had to put it on him.

“I apologize. I don't know how, but I will make up for the fans who bought them – tonight.”

He added: “Nobody was more in favor of Anderson Silva than me, talking about him as the best pound-for-pound hunter in the world.

“Even after a few crazy versions I will call them, I was still behind him and supported him.

“If you are so talented, be Mike Tyson. Go inside and finish it in two minutes.”

Anderson Silva insists that he will never retire

Silva's winning run went on five more fights before he was done to pay for Showboating.

The 49-year-old was cold when he pretended to be startled by Chris Weidman in July 2013 on UFC 162.

A rematch ended in a devastating leg break for Silva, who won one of his last nine fights in the UFC.

Since then, however, he has been proven that age is only a song by launching a successful career in boxing.

Silva took high -profile victories over former WBC Middleweight Champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. And colleague MMA legend Tito Ortiz before he went the distance with Jake Paul in October 2022.

Fans can expect more from Silva after his amazing recognition about his fighting future.

“Never,” he said when boxing legend Andre Ward asked him for retirement. “I train every day. Physical training every day, two days a week I train Jiu-Jitsu, and yesterday I trained in boxing, and also Muay Thai.

'Do you know the special power in the army? That's the same [with me]. I'm ready. I just need a few things.

“I just need 'where', an opponent and the weight. I train every day … I'm not done fighting.”
