The Drie Leeuwen and AC Milan Ace, 34, received Touchy Feceel with the Annie Lookalikes in a hotel bar and club until around 2 a.m.
It came hours after his wife and boys returned to England.
The full-back from Man City, on loan in the Serie A, enjoyed an extravagance of £ 5,300 Super VIP with the couple in the stars-lined Tocqueville 13 of the Italian city.
Sources in the nightclub say that the group partys in the early hours.

No report was made of Kyle's evening out.

The Instagram page of Tocqueville 13 is crammed with images of scantily dressed women wriggling on the dance floor, and that night iconnchronized iconnchronized, with DJs that run hip hop, reggaeton and afrobeat music.
The location, which is spread over two floors and closes at 5 o'clock, has built up a reputation for hedonistic parties in the late night.
On social media you can see partygoers who cross the dance floor waving Magnum bottles from Moët & Chandon Champagne with bottle bike lellers.
Another source of nightlife in Milan said: “Tocqueville 13 is notorious for football players, basketball players and rich Milano men because it is filled with hot women.
“They can go there and splash their money and will certainly end up with a woman on their arm.
“The club only opens at 11.30 pm, so is a place in the late night and by the time it closes the sun.”
Kyle's two companions were seen together the next day, later on Wednesday, in sunglasses, outside the Swish Portrait Hotel.
Sources near Kyle said that the women were friends of a man – his Italian agent – he dinner in the private members' club in Casa Cipriani Hotel and sat on a nearby table.
The source said that they were later accompanied by other people who were known to Kyle's agent when they continued to the club.
They insisted that Kyle did not drink alcohol and left the club rather than the others.
Kyle joined the AC Milan loan in the transfer star in January to ask if he had asked Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola if he could leave for a new challenge.
