Anthony Smith shares what he wanted with UFC Retirement Fight Rival

In a recent interview with Submission Radio, Smith teased what his pension fight will look like in April.

“We already have a name and a date. It is outside the left field! That is certain, was not on my bingo card, “said Smith. “But then you dig in and it makes sense why they chose it. I think they were more focused on the matchup and the potential of what the fight would look like, and less about names, inheritance …

“That fits more with my personality. I didn't really care how big a name it is, I care about what kind of fight I would have for my last one. And I was pretty enthusiastic about this … and it's not far from home, I can clearly not drop anything, but it is close enough that someone who would like to be there would have no problem [going]. “

Based on Smith's comments, he could possibly return for the rumors of the UFC in Kansas City, Missouri on April 26, close to the house and the gym of Smith. At the moment, a main event for the card must still be announced by the UFC.

After he hung up the MMA gloves, Smith wanted to make his power weak, but was closed by the UFC matchmakers. Smith has a bright future as a television analyst and appears countless performances at the employment agency for ESPN's UFC coverage.
