Manchester United wing player Antony blooms during his loan saying with Spanish side Real Betis and has regularly spoken about his improved form with his adoptive employers
Antony has claimed that stopping Manchester United was the 'best decision he has ever made' was after dropping a new transfer tip. The Brazilian wing player joined Real Betis on loan in January after a rotten enchantment at Old Trafford.
And Antony has enjoyed a striking Renaissance in Seville. The 25-year-old has seven goals and four assists in 20 outings for betis in all competitions this season-that will come after only one goal for United this period.
The £ 85 million man has now explained that his call to leave the club is the best decision of his career to date, while he remains open for a long stay in Spain. He said: “The best decision I have ever made came to Betis.
“I am happy – and if I am happy, it will be fine. It's very early. I don't know what's going to happen, but I'm very happy here.”
Although Antony loves life with Betis, he has also revealed that there was more interest in his services. He added: “Although I know how talented I am, I have given priority where I knew I would be happy, although I had better offers. It is important to score goals and offer assists, but being happy is even more important.”
Antony has pointed to a number of elements that contribute to his improved form in Spain. After his recent outing, he also praised Betis Baas Manuel Pellegrini for his contribution.
“It is very important because I said in many interviews that I found myself because I am happy, it is going well,” he said after scoring a stop -time winner to Espanyol on the weekend.
“The coach joked with me because I scored great goals with my right foot, but he asked me when I would do it with my left foot. I gave him a hug after scoring because he is someone I give deep and I am grateful for his confidence.”

United -boss Ruben Amorim gave his opinion about why Antony flourished earlier this season in Spain. The Portuguese boss claimed that La Liga's smaller physicality had enabled him to unlock his best shape – a suggestion that was explicitly rejected by the wing player's agent.
Anyway, Antony will strive to continue his hot form in the coming week, because Betis encounters a number of important games. In the first instance they compete against Fiorentina in the second stage of their Europa Conference League Semi-Final on Thursday.
They are then confronted with a collision with Osasuna on the weekend. Betis is currently sixth in La Liga and only one point of the Champions League places with four games to be played.
