Manchester United star Antony is so desperate to leave Old Trafford that he has left his mansion and lives in an airport hotel while he is approaching a relocation of £ 36 million to Real Betis.
The Brazilian wing player was told by manager Ruben Amorim, he has no future at United, even though he enjoyed a successful period in Betis last season.
And Sunsport can exclusively reveal that the Spaniards are in advanced conversations about a new £ 3 million loan for Antony, with the deal becoming permanent for £ 33 million next summer.
The 25-year-old previously lived with his wife and family in a beautiful house in Hale, GTR Manchester, where Paul Pogba once lived.
But the winger and his family are now locked up in the Marriott Hotel, less than five minutes from Manchester Airport, with his £ 200,000 Porsche parked in the parking lot.
Rooms in the four-star hotel only cost £ 130 per night-small change for the £ 200,000 a week Brazilian international.
Antony, who trains away from Amorim's first team team, is a regular visitor to the spa of the hotel, according to one guest.
Other guests previously criticized the hotel on TripAdvisor because they felt “decayed” during their “disappointing stay”, while others complained that their rooms were not being cleaned properly.
A source said: “Antony wants to clearly leave Old Trafford and has done everything he can to ensure if and when a call comes from another club, he is ready to go. He can be on an airplane within 30 minutes.”
After his enchantment there last season, Antony is now approaching a return to Betis, which is approaching a total package deal of £ 36 million.

He is ready to put himself on loan, then Betis then expects he will make the move permanent in 2026.
United was always on a complete obligatory clause in each deal, which was rejected a straight loan earlier this summer.
Antony moved to United in 2022 in a £ 85 million deal from Ajax, but only saw 12 goals in 96 outings.
He has been desperate to return to the side of Manuel Pellegrini after packing nine goals and five assists there.
Antony dreams of playing a key role for Brazil on the World Cup of next summer and hopes for more success in Spain.
He now becomes the first member of the new 'Bomb Squad' of United that is added for Deadline Day, with Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia who are still waiting for transfers.
