‘Are you trying to kill me!?’ Rudiger in bizarre exchange with reporter

Antonio Rudiger was involved in a bizarre exchange with a reporter after the 2-1 victory of Germany over Italy on Thursday evening.

The Real Madrid star played the full 90 minutes when Germany came from behind to win their Nations League quarterfinals first stage and take a big step to the last four.

After the game, Rudiger entered the mixed zone to talk to reporters about the game.

One member of the media seemed to be a bit excessive when she raised their microphone to Rudiger's face while he was talking, causing the center to lean back to avoid it while he surprised his eyebrows.

The video that was released by Bild showed Rudiger who looked at the reporter and mumbles 'Try to kill me!' Before you continue to give his assessment of the game without a break.

A bitter smile broke over the face of Rudiger while making the remark, which indicates that he was not serious, but it was still a strange moment between the player and the reporter.

Many Premier League fans will be aware of the quirky character of Rudiger from his five years in Chelsea between 2017 and 2022.

He won five major trophies during his time at Stamford Bridge, including the Champions League and FA Cup.

But he is also known for his strange running style that is exaggerated to him about lifting his knees.

After scoring the winning penalty in Real's Shootout victory in Atletico Madrid in the Champions League earlier this month, fourth Rudiger by doing his iconic running movement.

His teammates imitated him while they ran the length of the Wanda Metropolitano-Pitch to celebrate with their traveling fans.

Rudiger will return to England next month when Real Arsenal is in the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
