
Arsenal Women Boss Renee Sleesers described English manager Sarina Wiegman as an inspiration in her coaching career.
Sleges were appointed in October as the successor to Jonas Eidevall and started the Gunners impressively.
In an interview with Football Focus, the 36-year-old-Wiens career spoke prematurely by a serious knee injury in 2018-over how her fellow Dutch wife Wiegman is an example to follow.
“Sarina, I saw her grow because I was injured in the year and stopped playing, she was the assistant coach for the Netherlands, so she started her career,” said butchers.
“She is an example for me because I think she is a very strong woman with strong ideas, but she also has compassion and she found a whole new way of leading.”

Among slossers, Arsenal has won 15 of the 18 games that she took the lead.
That run helped the team to climb to the third in the WSL table from the sixth, while in the quarterfinals of both the FA Cup and the Champions League, they are.
Interesting, however, Slegers admits that she did not have herself in mind as a leader.
She added: “I was always very interested in the game, from training method, of tactics, but I never saw myself as a leader.
“At the time, the leadership looked different. It has changed so much and I am happy that it is going in this direction.
“I found myself and I found a way to be myself and to be a leader.”
