Arsenal could consider Lee Kang-in if PSG open to loan with option to buy

According to a report from The Athletic, Arsenal would be interested in bringing Lee Kang-in (23) to the Emirates if Paris Saint-Germain were open to a loan offer with an option to buy.

Lee is a valued member of the PSG squad, both on the pitch due to his flexible ability to play in any position in Luis Enrique's front three and in midfield (and even sporadically as a full-back), but also due to his off- field value in the Asian market as one of the leading figures in the next generation of South Korean players.

Despite seeing consistent playing time this season as a starter and also as a threat off the bench, The Athletic write that Lee could be open to a new challenge. However, the news outlet writes that PSG are not actively looking to sell and would need an offer of at least double the €22 million they spent in 2023 to convince them – a price tag that Arsenal reportedly find unpleasant. That is why the London club hopes that they can negotiate a loan with an option to purchase.
