Arsenal is said to be interested in Real Madrid -younger Arda Guler, who is struggling this season for playing time in the Bernabeu. The 20-year-old has only made 11 starts for Madrid in all competitions, with a number of large name stars for him in the pecking order.
However, Guler is impressed by his limited opportunities and attracts an interest of a number of clubs that are ready to offer him more playing time. According to The Sun, Arsenal belongs among those who are considering a movement for Guler.
The report states that Guler is appreciated by Madrid about £ 40 million and that there are a number in the club that believe that he must follow Leave The Club to fulfill his potential, just like the current arsenal captain Martin Odegaard did when he left the Bernabeu in 2021.
Guler recently made waves after he was involved in a spit with Liverpool star Dominik Szoboszlai after a UEFA Nations League collision between Turkey and Hungary.

Despite speculation about his future in Madrid, Guler has stated that he is happy to stay and to fight for more opportunities. “Madrid gave me a plan and I still believe in it,” he said last month.
“I am sure I will succeed at Real Madrid, I even bought a house in Madrid. I work very hard and I am always ready to play. I love fans of Real Madrid, and their support means a lot to me.
“I am very grateful. I came to Real Madrid to play and to be an important part of this team. And I will not stop fighting until I achieve that.”
Guler's international captain Hakan Calhanoglou, however, has encouraged the young person to come to him in Italy in Inter Milan. “Arda is a very important player; he is like a little brother I love a lot,” said Calhanoglu.
“I would like him to come and play with us – although I don't know if this is true. I don't know what his situation is at Real Madrid, so I don't want to get involved in this situation because he ultimately knows more, although of course I want and believe he earns more minutes.”
