Arsenal was forced to move the first training session of their pre-season tour through Singapore due to thunderstorms.
The Gunners landed on Sunday afternoon in Singapore for collisions against AC Milan and Newcastle this week before they fly to Hong Kong to take on Tottenham.
Boss Arteta had hoped to get to work immediately on Monday morning before he had a press conference to watch an example of the Milan match.
But a huge downpour – including Thunder and Lightning – ended those plans, with training instead moved to the afternoon prior to the launch of the club of their road kit later today.
Arteta explained in his press: “With the weather we couldn't train today.
“We have to adapt to those situations. We are very enthusiastic about a successful tour.”
The Gunners will hope not to have any disturbances anymore, because Arteta tries to beds in his new signing sessions Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard, Kepa Arrizabalaga during this trip, with a new New Boy Noni Madueke back in London resting from the World Cup club.

There was hope that the transfer of Gyokees would be completed on time to play a part of the preview of Arsenal against AC Milan on Wednesday.
And asked about the Swede, Arteta said: “I can't comment on a player who is not yet part of our group. If we have something concrete, we will do that.”
If the club gets a deal for Gyokees over the line, the striker would probably have to wait until August 6 when the Gunners Villarreal will organize in their first pre-season game back from Asia.
After that, the side of Arteta concludes their summer preparations against Athletic Club, before he ironically abandoned the Premier League season at Old Trafford.
