Arsenal great Vieira quiet on Roma job as Genoa near safety

The arrival of the Arsenal -legend in Liguria has fueled a revival, so that Genoa helps itself withdraw from the relegation zone.

The Frenchman is tipped to succeed the legendary Claudio Ranieri as the permanent manager at the end of the season.

Nevertheless, he remains focused on his direct goal of securing the survival of Genoa.
