Liverpool closes their 19th league title, with Arsenal again just falling short in their search for a first Premier League trophy since 2004.
Former midfielder Ray Parlor was part of the last Gunners -side that achieved that performance 21 years ago.
But despite the fact that there has been more than two decades, Parlor believes that his former side is about to be Premier League Glory – if they can bring a proven striker to the club in the next transfer window.
And there is one player, he says that Mikel Arteta and the new sports director of Arsenal Andrea Berta must go out to sign.
“I believe that Arsenal will try to strengthen in the attack and sign a top striker in the summer,” says Parlor. “With the new sports director confirmed in Andrea Berta, his main task will be to secure the signing of a number 9.
“I believe that Alexander Isak fits well in the style of Arsenal, and with his movement and understanding of the game he would be a great asset to Arsenal. He is behind, scores all types of goals and has been proven in the Premier League.
“It is a shame that Arsenal was unable to recruit in January, but that is gone now, and this summer I am convinced that Arsenal will get the striker they want and the Premier League will then follow a real GO.
“I believe they didn't go great in the January window because they wanted to get the new sports director in place.”
The Sweden -Star Isak has scored 20 goals for Newcastle this season and has him one behind Erling Haaland and seven behind Mohamed Salah in the Premier League Goalscoring -hit lists. The 25-year-old is currently 60/1 with Netbet to terminate the season as a top scorer of the Premier League.
Parlor, who made nearly 500 performances for the Noord -London club, which won four FA cups and three league titles, has also supported the real Sociedad -Middender Martin Zubimendi.
In addition to Netbet Sport, great opportunities for this season's Champions League and Premier League, Netbet Casino has welcome offers and promotions available, including 100 free spins for new customers playing £ 10*.

When asked who has been his striking player of the season, Parlor pointed to a young star that this season has printed on spectacular fashion on the team on the team.
“You have to look at Myles Lewis-Skelly for his breakthrough in the first team at such a young age,” he said.
“By coming the academy, he knows the Arsenal way and what it means to play for the first team. He is well founded, has a good family behind him that I met, and he can continue and have a big career.”
