Daphne's own goal was the difference between the two parties, the ball turned off the post and back to the goalkeeper with 12 minutes to play.
The Reds dominated large parts of the game, Sophie Roman Haug went close to the break when she squeezed the ball from Domselaar, who had a difficult afternoon.
It is the first time that Liverpool has been advanced to the last four since he was eliminated at that stage at that stage in 2016-17 and marks their second consecutive victory under interim boss Amber Whiteley, who replaced Matt Beard at the end of last month.

James and Aggie Beever-Jones missed other opportunities to score in a game palace to defend chased, although the result was never questioning.
In the meantime, Bunny Shaw and Jess Park did the damage for the citizens, while sealing their place in the semi-final with a 2-0 win over Aston Villa.
Villa had threatened in early stages and there was no opportunities for the counterattack before City came to life after the break.
Shaw finished Mary Fowler's by Ball before Park Vivianne Miedema's only sent to double the management.
